Ingredients
Makes 15 servings
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2勺植物油
  • 125 ml maple syrup 125ml枫糖浆
  • 2 tbsp honey 2勺蜂蜜
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 1勺香草炼乳
  • 300 g rolled oats 300克燕麦片
  • 50 g sunflower seeds 50克葵花籽
  • 4 tbsp sesame seeds 4勺芝麻
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds 50克南瓜籽
  • 100 g flaked almonds 100克杏仁片
  • 100 g dried berries (find them in the baking aisle) 100克干果仁
  • 50 g coconut flakes or desiccated coconut 50克椰子片或者椰子干


Method
  1. Heat oven to 150C/fan 130C/gas 2. Mix the oil, maple syrup, honey and vanilla in a large bowl. Tip in all the remaining ingredients, except the dried fruit and coconut, and mix well.
  2. 预热烤箱(风扇150度或者上下火130度)把由 , 枫糖浆 , 蜂蜜 , 香草炼乳放在一个大碗中混合 。 除了干果和椰子干 , 把其他的原料都倒入碗中搅拌 。

  1. Tip the granola onto two baking sheets and spread evenly. Bake for 15 mins, then mix in the coconut and dried fruit, and bake for 10-15 mins more. Remove and scrape onto a flat tray to cool. Serve with cold milk or yogurt. The granola can be stored in an airtight container for up to a month.
  2. 把混合好的麦片均匀地铺到两张烤纸上 , 烤15分钟 。 取出后放置在盘上稍势冷却 。 配以冷牛奶或者酸奶混合 。 麦片可放置在密封容器内储存一个月之久 。
