说到悬疑电影，在中国的电影环境下总是一头雾水。很多人分不清悬疑和恐怖，也有人说是审查的问题。其实一点也不。惊悚是恐怖，悬疑却大不相同。悬疑片叫烧脑片。它让你思考，总是让故事的发展惊喜，总是想知道为什么会发生在下面。他怎么会这样？他的骨头里有雷区，他绝对不会拿着血淋淋的镜头，镜子里的无头女尸，水管里的出血来吓唬你。其实两者有本质区别。
悬疑片在国内一直不受青睐。不是市场，是中国人根本做不好的感觉。就像动作片一样，它们从来没有受到过青睐，但今年，吴京的《狼斗士》票房大卖。主要是国内没有好的悬疑导演，更没有写悬疑的大编剧。事实上，制片人鲍并不这么认为。他认为问题的根源在于有没有专注，一切都怕专注和琢磨。一个人琢磨也可以，两个人琢磨也可以，一个团队一起耍花招也可以。

其实近几年中国真正的悬疑片市场份额一直很小，每年最多只有一部两部，相对于票房来说还算不错。比如《催眠大师》票房2.74亿，《寒战》票房2.49亿。悬疑片的制作成本相对低于其他电影，但是制作这样的电影还是相当困难的，因为他的逻辑思维超级强。中国电影一直有一句很悲伤的解说，“看到开头就知道结尾”，像是一个魔咒。但悬疑题材不仅是题材，更是对中国电影魔咒的挑战。在鲍看来，尝试悬疑电影的决定不仅仅是为了拍一部电影，更像是对中国悬疑电影市场的一次大胆考验。如果它成功了，那将是一次去马平川的长途旅行。就算失败了，也算是他对悬疑电影的感情。让我们一起祝福他，期待他优秀作品的发布。我们相信他会成功。
